James and Gary as the installers were fantastic – cooperative, excellent workmanship, friendly (despite the outside heat and humidity), and completed the work 2 days earlier than predicted. John as the salesman was great. There were some issues with the flooring, and he took care of everything efficiently and happily. Great people to work with!

I’ve used Gator Flooring several times for various flooring products and trim needs such as baseboards and window casing. They have a great variety of products. Recently I had a critical need for some baseboard trim and Shane went to great lengths to help me find what I need from their warehouse. Their pricing is extremely competitive and their customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them.

They were helpful in the showroom when I picked out my carpet. Took all day for 1 guy to install all the rooms including stairs. Next day I realized I could feel the wood as I was coming down the stairs which means he didn’t put the insulation all the way to the edge of the stairs. He came back and fixed it. Few months later there is a ripple in the middle of the living room. Had to move furniture again. Same guy came back and fixed it. Few months later, there’s a ripple upstairs. I can’t afford to find another movers to move furniture to have the ripple fixed nor do I have any help. I do not blame Gator but probably the installer. Apparently the carpet isn’t stretched tight enough. I had a builder’s carpet before that and never had any ripples or issues like that. Probably would go elsewhere next time so that I don’t get the same installer again. EDIT: Ok now it’s a year later, more ripples are showing up in the living room as well. Nothing I can do now that the warranty is over. I just live with it now. Yeah I would not go back there again.

Wish I could give this carpet store a zero! From the very first interaction I should have walked away. But this place came highly recommended. I went into the store to pick carpet for our master bedroom. When the manager came out to help, i explained that our MB is approximately 600 square feet and we need it installed. The manager responded “There is no way your master bedroom is 600 square feet”. I then proceeded to show him in his warehouse how big my room is with the assistance of my son. Still was rude and insisting it is not that big. Ok whatever they are going to come and measure anyway. The day of the install, they sent one guy to take up and replace the carpet in our 700+ square foot master bedroom. The carpet looked like a jigsaw puzzle when he was done. You could see every single seam. It looked aweful. Ultimately, they redid the carpet. It has been a few months now and seams are starting to show and I am pretty sure that when they replaced the carpet, they replaced the thick padding I paid for with less quality/thin padding. Do not use this carpet place!

What an amazing experience from top to bottom Shane was amazing to deal with very detailed on what needed to be done from sub flooring to new floors and his installers were jimbo and helper were very detailed and super professional at their craft they showed up on time did what they said they were gonna do absolute pleasure to deal with thank you so much to the gator flooring company

Shane was awesome and handled everything with ease. He made the whole process super easy. Diego and his assistant came out and did the carpet in one day. They ripped out the old carpet, cleaned up the floor, installed the padding and carpet in one day. everything looks great and they did all this for less than enyone else. I’m very satisfied!

These guys are awesome. Saved me 20% over the Lowes quote and got it installed in 3 days. Not even comparable
