123 Remodeling

123 Remodeling renovated my master bathroom. The home was built in the 1960’s and there were a lot of challenges with uneven walls and floors, pipes being too close to the surface of the floor, etc. They helped come up with creative solutions to address these challenge without spending additional money. One tip I’d give anyone working with this team is that during re-model a lot of questions come up. A homeowner needs to be available to answer them so the decision that are made are agreed on by everyone. Working with them in this way, 123 did a very nice job and I’ve been pleased with my new bathroom.

We recently renovated our house which included kitchen and bathrooms work. The 123 remodeling team was professional and great to work with. We are very happy with the results and already recommended them to others in our neighborhood.

We had a contract to remodel 3 of our bathrooms. We started the first bathroom and had issues with over 8 tiles cracking with no insight into the issue. In addition, we had water leaking after the remodel and had to have the plumber come out again. We do not believe the water issues were caused from 123 Remodeling, but it was a coincidence it occurred right after the remodel. We decided we did not want to use 123 Remodeling for the the other 2 bathrooms, and it took about 11 months to get the remainder of our money back which we did not get fully refunded.

Angie’s thoughtful advice & attention to detail made our kitchen & bathroom remodel a great experience. Her designs were very thorough taking full use of all available space. We are thrilled with our timeless, elegant spaces and we highly recommend her.

Had a great experience working with Lior and the team. That was our biggest Remodeling project we ever did so we were a little bit worried at the beginning, but thanks to everyone at 123 Everything Was very organized and smooth.

Our work was directly with Kelsey and “The Miguels”, the father and son team doing most of the work. We found it easy and quick to arrive at a design we agreed to and were able to refine the work along the way without any hidden “gotcha” fees. Kelsey did a good job of staying on top of the work and regularly communicating with us. The Miguels were thoughtful, thorough, and most importantly, particular about the work aesthetic and quality that was delivered. My building staff remarked as to how polite they were, how well they cleaned up after themselves, as well and friendly. I believe they have been approached by staff to do work for them as well. Of course there were hiccups along the way. But Kelsey and Miguel were very good about addressing them head on. We would definitely hire them again.

It was a pleasure to work with both Stephanie and Raul throughout the entirety of our renovation. They were very responsive and accommodating to any changes we wanted to make, as well as additions that came up along the way. Stephanie has a great understanding for what you’re hoping to accomplish and ensures you get exactly that. We couldn’t be happier with the end result!

Cannot recommend 123 Remodeling enough. I wanted to redo my bathroom and had some ideas but needed an expert to help bring it to life. Austin and Raul were a delight to work with! They completely demoed the old bathroom, reconfigured the plumbing and transformed the space. Austin walked through all the details with me and Raul and the crew were efficient and super professional. We will definitely be using them for our future projects.

Angie was an amazing designer! She helped us through every step of the way during our kitchen remodel. She was always open to our ideas and provided honest feedback. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have ever expected!
